Your research team, led by Rosa.

“I split every question into narrow ones that can be answered. Each finding comes back with its source.”

What Rosa's team hands back

  • A market sized from the bottom upMarco, Market researcher
  • Each competitor in its own wordsColin, Competitor analyst
  • Who buys, in their own wordsUma, Customer researcher

Research that stops at the first result.

  • It is hard to keep up with what competitors claim.
  • A market size in the deck is hard to trace to a source.
  • Why customers buy, and why they do not, is hard to know.

Three researchers, each with one narrow question.

Finding out what is true: markets, competitors and customers.

  • Marco sizes the market

    Market researcher

Who the buyers are, how many there are and what they already pay, added up from published counts and prices, then checked against a published figure. It reports a low and a high, so no single number is passed off as precise.

    What Marco hands back

    • The market, defined
    • A bottom-up sum with every input cited
    • A published figure beside it
    • A range, and the input that moves it most
    • Market sizing
    • Segments
    • Pricing research
  • Colin reads the competition

    Competitor analyst

How each competitor describes itself on its own pages, and how you compare where you have published a comparison. Every claim is quoted from the competitor's page, with its address.

    What Colin hands back

    • Each competitor's positioning, quoted
    • The same fields for every one
    • The page behind each claim
    • “Not published” where nothing was found
    • Competitor profiles
    • Positioning
    • Comparisons
  • Uma describes your customers

    Customer researcher

Who your customers are, the job they are trying to get done and the words they use, from what they have actually said, with no imagined persona.

    What Uma hands back

    • Who buys, and the job they are doing
    • Their words, quoted
    • Objections your pages answer, and ones they do not
    • How many people said each thing
    • Jobs to be done
    • Objections
    • Customer language

How Rosa works.

  1. You ask your co-founder

Your co-founder only routes. It hands the research work to Rosa and does none of it.

  2. Rosa splits the work

Rosa splits it into narrow questions: the market to Marco, the competitors to Colin, the buyers to Uma. They run at the same time.

  3. You get it back, checked

Rosa checks what the specialists wrote and writes the answer you read. The team reads public pages and your own, so most of its work needs no yes. Anything it files or sends through a connected app waits for one.

Still deciding?

Ask anything about your brand, the teams or the bill.

Where do the numbers come from?
From published sources, each cited with its date and publisher. A figure nobody can source is not stated. An estimate is labeled as one, with its arithmetic shown.
Will it contact competitors or customers?
No. The team reads only what anyone can read without signing in. It never interviews, surveys or messages anybody. When only asking can answer a question, it hands you the questions to ask.
Is Rosa's team in every brand?
Yes. Every brand starts with all nine teams and their 34 agents, Rosa's among them.
Can we change how the team works?
Yes. An owner or an admin can change any agent's instructions, add a specialist to a team, or archive one you do not need, from Organization in your workspace.

Hand Rosa's team its first piece of work.
