Automatic top-up
Choose a threshold ($5, $10, $25 or $50) and an amount ($25, $50 or $100). When less than the threshold is left, it adds the amount from the card on your subscription. It is off until you turn it on.

What you pay, what it covers, and how to stop.
What counts as AI usage?
The models your co-founder and teams use to read, write, search and reason. Running your brand, its storage and backups, and your connected apps are covered by the plan's price and never draw on it.
What happens when the included usage runs out?
Your teams draw on credit you have added. With none left, your brand stops starting new work and says where to add more, and work already running finishes. Nothing is charged that you did not choose.
How does automatic top-up decide when to charge?
When what is left falls below the threshold you chose and your subscription is paid up, it adds the amount you chose from your subscription's card, and the credit reaches your brand within about five minutes. A declined card is not tried again for a day, and you get an email about it.
Can I set a spending limit?
Your brand stops starting new work once it has used what your plan includes plus the credit you have added, and work already running finishes. Automatic top-up is off until you turn it on, and you choose both when it adds credit and how much.
Do I pay more when I invite people?
No. A plan is priced per brand, not per person, so inviting your whole team costs nothing more.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, on a plan that offers it. Choose monthly or yearly when you create your brand, with both prices shown above. Your AI usage allowance still resets every month. You can switch in the billing portal, and the difference is prorated.
Which currency am I charged in?
US dollars, wherever you are.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my brand?
From the billing portal on your brand's page. Your plan runs to the end of what you have paid for. Then your brand is switched off with its data kept, and deleted 30 days later unless you subscribe again.
