Your product team, led by Priya.

“I turn what people tell you into specs you can build from. Each spec is reviewed before it reaches you, and I give you an order to build them in.”

What Priya's team hands back

  • A spec somebody can build fromMax, Product manager
  • A critique, the costliest point firstSven, Spec reviewer
  • Now, next and later, with reasonsRemy, Roadmap planner
  • Themes with counts and quotesFaye, Feedback analyst

Too much to build, and no order to build it in.

  • The roadmap follows whoever asks loudest.
  • Specs leave out what nobody thought to exclude.
  • Feedback sits in support threads nobody has time to read.

Four specialists, from evidence to a spec to an order.

Deciding what to build and in what order.

  • Max writes the specs

    Product manager

A specification somebody can build from and argue with: the problem and its evidence, requirements a tester can mark pass or fail, and a section for what is out of scope.

    What Max hands back

    • The problem and its evidence
    • Requirements with acceptance criteria
    • Accessibility, security and privacy needs
    • What is out of scope, written down
    • Specs
    • Requirements
    • Acceptance criteria
  • Sven reviews the specs

    Spec reviewer

Reads every draft spec back to its writer before anybody builds from it, and asks the question that was not answered. It critiques the draft and leaves the rewriting to the writer.

    What Sven hands back

    • What cannot be built from it
    • What cannot come out false
    • What nobody said was out of scope
    • Each point naming its sentence
    • Spec reviews
    • Scope
    • Risk
  • Remy orders the work

    Roadmap planner

Puts work in an order that can be built: what waits on what and why, what can run alongside, and what is not worth doing yet.

    What Remy hands back

    • Now, next and later
    • Each item's outcome and its evidence
    • What it waits on, and why
    • What is not worth doing yet
    • Roadmaps
    • Sequencing
    • Priorities
  • Faye reads the feedback

    Feedback analyst

Turns support threads, conversations and feedback into themes somebody can act on, without smoothing away the one complaint that matters.

    What Faye hands back

    • Themes, each with how many people raised it
    • The quotes behind each
    • Bugs, confusions and requests kept apart
    • The outliers that matter most
    • Feedback themes
    • Interview notes
    • Support threads

How Priya works.

  1. You ask your co-founder

Your co-founder only routes. It hands the product work to Priya and does none of it.

  2. Priya splits the work

Priya sends the evidence first: Faye's themes go into Max's spec or Remy's ordering, and every spec goes to Sven before it comes back.

  3. You get it back, checked

Priya checks what the specialists wrote and writes the answer you read. Writing a spec or a roadmap into a connected app waits for a yes.

Still deciding?

Ask anything about your brand, the teams or the bill.

Does a spec get checked before it reaches me?
Yes. Every spec Max writes goes to Sven for review. Sven's critique goes back to Max once, before the spec reaches you.
Where does the evidence come from?
From what people have told you: support threads, conversations and the feedback you share. Faye counts the people who raised a point and says how many of how many.
Is Priya's team in every brand?
Yes. Every brand starts with all nine teams and their 34 agents, Priya's among them.
Can we change how the team works?
Yes. An owner or an admin can change any agent's instructions, add a specialist to a team, or archive one you do not need, from Organization in your workspace.
