Can it read anyone's inbox?

No. “My email” means the email of the person who asked. Ivy does not read or act in anybody else's account.

What does it do without asking?

It finds, reads, sorts and drafts. Anything that sends, books, accepts, creates, changes or deletes waits for someone who may approve it. A message asking for money or a password is reported to you.

Is Ollie's team in every brand?

Yes. Every brand starts with all nine teams and their 34 agents, Ollie's among them.

Can we change how the team works?

Yes. An owner or an admin can change any agent's instructions, add a specialist to a team, or archive one you do not need, from Organization in your workspace.
